Prepayment is needed to avoid the misuse of COD feature. While delivering a bicycle successfully, the team work day and night to delivery the good experience. Sometimes order are received from kids while parents are not aware and they refuse the delivery of cycle which cause waste in effort by entire team of omobikes. We understand the customer have done lot of research while choosing our bicycle but our team also put a great effort in the entire process as well.

I booked alloy mtb 29 inch , made a prepayment and rest when cycle delivered. the delivery was smooth it got delivered to me in 5 days. It came early than expected so i didnt had cash but delivery boy accepted upi payment. Later i booked omo assembly service as well. overall very nice experience. Very happy with service and product
