I ordered this bicycle through website. It was written that they have 89+ service centres. I’m a beginner to cycling, so I opted for home assembly before getting the bike. I checked with them about the assembly. They told me to WhatsApp as soon as the Bike arrives, and they will assemble the bicycle within two days When the cycle arrived. The box was damaged from outside, and when I contacted the bicycles through WhatsApp, they told me home assembly is not possible. I insisted them for a home assembly, but they sent me a YouTube shorts of how to assemble the bike, but the video was only less than 15 seconds, and it was hard to understand how to fix the bike later I went through YouTube and somehow assembled the Bike, there was damages in the bike And there was some disc related problem. I could hear the sound that was touching the breakpad even when the breaks were free so again I contacted the customer service, but they are very arrogant. They told me that I should send a detailed video. I told them they’re not replying so so they told me please send the video and will reply as fast as we can. I Have sent the video, but there is no reply. The customer Call Center number is not properly working. You have to call 15 times and once in 15 times, you will get the call and the customer service guys are in a Harry Burry. They are not ready to listen to you properly. I’m fed up with this company where there is no service. Please be careful while ordering. It’s better to purchase from local dealers. It’s better to pay 1000 or 2000 more where you can get a better cycle and a better service. Don’t fall for the fake YouTube reviews. I fell for it.

I am writing this review after riding this bike more than 500+ km and Believe me this bike performed above my expectation. Before that I wanted to mention that I have Gaint Fastroad advance 1 bike which is fully carbon bike and have really great performance. So that I was just looking for simple hybrid bike which I can use for daily ride or long rides if there is rough roads like mountain area or village side roads. After searching on google I found this OMO product and found interesting one. The main advantage of OMO is you can configure your bike by selecting the custom components including tyres as well. I selected all high components and still I got this bike below 35k.😇😇😇- Main reason to be happy about this bicycle…. Overall performance is really very good on road and fulfil the purpose of hybrid bike. You can not compare this bike with road bike but I got avg 19 speed on this bike in Kokan area. Bike geometry according to hybrid is also good , I have gone on this bike 150+ km in a day and did not get any body pain or issue with sore etc..
I highly recommend this bike to everyone who is looking for budget friendly hybrid bike for Indian roads with good quality.

It is a very good bycycle. At the start, it was giving issues with gears but after tuning in the bycycle store now its gears working fine. I am using this bycycle for everyday workouts and usual rides. Great Purchase.

It is very good bike. I am very happy with the performance. I customized my bike based on my requirements, riding is very smooth and no doubt about build quality of all bike parts.
The bicycle is nice to ride. It rides very smooth and light. It often catches people's attention. I have had many people so far asking about the bike. I have covered the longest distance of 30 KMS in one go so far. People often mistake it for a battery powered bike. I like the bike but I always have the feeling that the cycle is a bit delicate and might break if ride it at a high speed through potholes. I might be wrong but I often have this feeling.

4) Cable lock.
5) Battery operated tail light.
