Warranty
OMOBikes gives warranty on all our products purchased from Our Website or Amazon, Flipkart, Bajaj EMI Store only, starting from the date of delivery.
OMO Bikes warranty is exclusively limited to replacement or repair due to any manufacturing defect in E-Bike, Bicycles or their Parts.
This warranty is applicable for purchase of Omobikes since March 2022. Post March please read the Old Bicycle Warranty guidelines.
⚠️ Our bicycles are designed for easy home assembly. While home assembly is possible, professional inspection and tuning before riding is strongly recommended for best performance, correct setup, and rider safety.
LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY
The frame & rigid forks are covered for its structural lifecycle, defined as 5 years for the original owner.
This Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper assembly
- Any cosmetic damage (that might have been caused by shipping or otherwise)
- Corrosion
- Tube puncture or air leaking issue
- Improper maintenance
- Installation of components, parts, or accessories not originally intended for or compatible with the bicycle as sold
- Damage / Defect due to Incorrect Installation of Parts
- Damage or failure due to accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect
- Labour charges for part replacement or changeover
7 DAYS PART REPLACEMENT WARRANTY
All Bicycle parts except tube are covered under 7 days part replacement from day of delivery for any issue. Within 7 days if mentioned parts have manufacturing defect, replacement will be sent to customer without any cost.
This warranty applies to all model year April 2022 and newer bicycles. For old Models please refer to Old Bicycle Warranty guidelines.
- This warranty is void by any modification of the frame, fork, or components.
- This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of a defective item by omobikes spare part only.
- This warranty applies only to original owners and is not transferable.
- Claims under this warranty must be made directly to OMO Bikes and a Proof of purchase is mandatory while claiming the Warranty Benefits.
For any transit damage, missing item, visible physical damage, damage-on-arrival, out-of-box defect, or post-assembly defect claim, customers are required to retain and provide a complete unboxing-to-assembly video record. The video must clearly show the sealed package, opening process, condition of the product received, assembly process, installation of components, and the condition of the bicycle immediately after assembly.
In absence of a valid unboxing-to-assembly video, OMO Bikes reserves the right to approve, partially approve, reject, require additional evidence, or require physical inspection and verification before determining warranty eligibility.
Warranty is applied as mentioned above to all products purchased from our Website and marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart. We do not sell our products anywhere else, and this warranty does not cover purchases from any other channel.
Products or parts must not be returned without prior authorization from OMO Bikes. Unauthorized returns may be refused or returned to the sender.
Under no special circumstances shall OMOBikes be liable for any special incidental, indirect or punitive damages for any consequential damages, even if OMOBikes knows or is informed that such damages are possible.
NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR EXCLUSIONS
The following list is illustrative and not exhaustive. Any normal wear and tear, deterioration through incorrect unboxing, incorrect assembly, usage, regular service requirements, consumable part degradation, or performance reduction due to usage over time shall not be covered under warranty, whether specifically listed below or not.
- Electric Cycle: Battery wear and tear, motor bearing, and electronic components wear and tear.
- Suspension Components: Seals, bushings, sliding rings, minor suspension play/noise developed through usage, hydraulic system bleeding, wear and tear, or suspension damage/breaking due to usage.
- Wheels: Buckling, bearing wear and tear.
- Tyres and Inner Tubes: Punctures and natural wear and tear.
- Paint and Decals: Scratches, wear from regular use or any other visual imperfection that does not affect the integrity of the bicycle or puts rider safety in danger.
- Drivetrain: Wear and tear of pulleys, cogs, sprockets, chains, cables, and housing.
- Brakes: Wear and tear of cables, housings, brake shoes, or brake pads, and hydraulic bleeding.
- Headset: Wear and tear of ball bearings.
- Saddle: Coating wear and tear due to friction.
- Pedals: Ball bearings wear and tear.
FOR BICYCLE SPARE PARTS & ACCESSORIES
This section applies to all bicycle parts, components, accessories, tools, maintenance products, and related items purchased separately (not as a bicycle) from OMO Bikes, whether purchased through our Website.
7 DAYS MANUFACTURING DEFECT WARRANTY
All spare parts and accessories are covered against manufacturing defects for 7 days from the date of delivery.
If a manufacturing defect is verified within the warranty period, OMO Bikes may, at its sole discretion, repair, replace, or provide an equivalent replacement product.
THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
-
Incorrect installation, assembly, adjustment, tuning, servicing, or maintenance.

Damage caused during installation, assembly, adjustment, tuning, servicing, or maintenance.

Compatibility issues with the customer's bicycle, components, equipment, or intended application.

Normal wear and tear, consumable part wear, or performance reduction due to regular usage.

Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, neglect, improper storage, modification, or unauthorized repair.

Cosmetic defects reported after installation or use.
-
Damage caused by use with incompatible products or components.
-
Labour, workshop, installation, removal, fitting, assembly, disassembly, transportation, travel, shipping, or service charges.
- The warranty claim procedure for spare parts and accessories shall be the same as described under "How To Claim Warranty" below.
HOW TO CLAIM WARRANTY
1. Contact OMO Bikes through our Raise A Complaint or care@omobikes.com
- Order number
- Product details
- Description of the issue
- Clear photos, videos showing the defect, and the unboxing-to-assembly video (where applicable).
2. Our technical team will review the claim and may request additional information, troubleshooting steps, or inspection material.
3. If required, the customer may be asked to ship the defective product or part for physical inspection before warranty approval.
OMO Bikes is an online retailer and does not provide onsite inspection, servicing, assembly, repair, pickup, or technician visits unless expressly agreed by OMO Bikes in writing. If physical inspection is required to determine warranty eligibility, the affected product, bicycle, or components must be shipped to OMO Bikes for evaluation in accordance with this Warranty Policy.
The customer shall be responsible for shipping the product or part to OMO Bikes for inspection unless otherwise agreed by OMO Bikes. Return shipping for approved warranty claims shall be borne by OMO Bikes.
4. Warranty approval is subject to verification that the issue is covered under the warranty terms.
5. Upon approval, OMO Bikes may, at its sole discretion:
- Repair the product,
- Replace the defective part, or
- Provide an equivalent replacement.
6. Warranty covers replacement of defective parts only. Installation, labor, transportation, travel, assembly, disassembly, and other associated costs are not covered unless expressly agreed by OMO Bikes.
7. Warranty review, inspection, approval, rejection, repair, replacement, or any other resolution may take up to 30 business days from receipt of all required information and/or product inspection, depending on the nature of the claim and availability of parts.
LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Warranty claims are governed by this Warranty Policy and are separate from the Return, Refund and Cancellation Policy.
This warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, any legal rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. OMO Bikes reserves the right to amend or modify this warranty policy without prior notice. Any disputes or claims related to this warranty will be resolved according to the legal system of Karnal, Haryana, and by ordering from our website, you agree to this jurisdiction.
