Q. Can I customise a bike?
Yes! You can choose from a wide options of parts & customise as per your need. Every bike is built-to-order in our factory.

Q. What types of bikes are available?
We have Mountain Bikes (MTB), Hybrid Bikes, Road Bike, Fitness Bicycles, and Kids bicycles

Q. Are spare parts available separately?
Yes. All spare parts like gears, suspensions, brakes, wheels, tires, pedals etc are available online.

Q. How do I choose the right bike?
Speak to our experts on whatsapp. Share your height, weight, age, budget, and usage (flat/hilly roads, km/day, purpose) so we can recommend the best model.


2. Ordering & Payment

Q. How do I place an order?
Select your model, customise if needed, and checkout to make payment.

Q. What payment options do you accept?
We accept cards, UPI, wallets, net banking, COD (10% advance), and EMI.

Q. Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes, GST invoice is available.


4. Shipping & Delivery

Q. How long does delivery take?
Building, checking, and shipping takes 4–6 days; total delivery is usually 7–15 days.

Q. Is my bike fully assembled?
All bikes are 90% assembled; assembly takes 10–15 minutes. Follow the assembly guide and video here: Bicycle Assembly. Gears and brakes should be fine-tuned by a technician for best performance.

Q. Can I track my order?
Yes. You’ll get a tracking link by email once shipped.

Q. Can I change my address after ordering?
Yes, but before dispatch. Contact us immediately with your order number.

6. Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Q. Do your bikes have warranty?
Yes, a standard warranty covers manufacturing defects. Details here: Warranty.

Q. Can I return or exchange a bike?
Yes, check our Return & Refund Policy. Customised bikes may have specific terms.

Yes, you can upgrade tires, gears, brakes, and more anytime.

Regular cleaning, chain lubrication, and tire checks keep your bike in top shape.

Q23. How often should I service my bike?
Every 2–3 months or after 500 km for best performance.
