1. Products & Customisation

Q. What do you sell?
We offer customised bicycles, spare parts, and cycling accessories for kids and adults.

Q. Can I customise a bike?
Yes. You can choose from a wide range of components and upgrades. Every bicycle is built to order in our factory.

Q. What types of bikes are available?
We offer Mountain Bikes (MTB), Hybrid Bikes, Road Bikes, Fitness Bikes, and Kids' Bicycles.

Q. Are spare parts available separately?
Yes. We sell gears, brakes, suspensions, wheels, tyres, pedals, and many other bicycle components.

Q. How do I choose the right bike?
Contact our experts on WhatsApp. Share your height, weight, age, budget, and riding requirements, and we'll recommend the right bicycle.


Q. How do I place an order?
Open the product page, click Add to Cart, enter your delivery details, choose your payment method, and complete the checkout.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

Q. Is EMI available?
Yes. EMI options are available at checkout. You can view all eligible plans before placing your order.

Q. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes. COD is available on eligible orders above ₹1,000. A 10% non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your order. COD availability may vary depending on your PIN code.

Q. How do I place a Cash on Delivery (COD) order?
Select your bicycle, click Add to Cart, choose Cash on Delivery at checkout, pay the 10% advance, and place your order.

Q. Can I get a GST invoice?
Yes. A GST invoice is available for all eligible orders.

Q. Can I change my delivery address after placing an order?
Yes, provided your order has not been dispatched. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order details.


3. Shipping & Delivery

Q. How many days will delivery take?
Every bicycle is built to order. It normally takes 5–7 working days for assembly, quality checks, and dispatch. Delivery time depends on your location. Due to high order volume, our current dispatch time is approximately 8–10 working days.

Q. Can I track my order?
Yes. A tracking link will be shared by email once your order is shipped.


4. Bicycle Assembly

Q. How will I receive the bicycle?
The bicycle is delivered 85% pre-assembled in a secure box. Only three simple steps are required to complete the assembly.

Q. How do I assemble the bicycle?
Follow our assembly guide and video. Assembly usually takes 15–30 minutes.

Q. Do you send technicians for assembly?
No. We do not provide on-site assembly.

Q. Can I take the bicycle to any local cycle mechanic?
Yes. Any experienced bicycle mechanic can assemble and tune the bicycle.

Q. What if I need help during assembly?
Our support team is available via WhatsApp, phone, and video call to guide you.

Q. What tools are required for assembly?
Basic Allen keys and a pedal spanner are required. The required tools are included with most bicycles.

Q. Is the bicycle ready to ride after assembly?
We strongly recommend getting the bicycle professionally inspected and tuned after assembly to ensure the gears, brakes, and bolts are correctly adjusted before your first ride.

Q. What if I am unable to assemble the bicycle?
You can visit any nearby bicycle repair shop or mechanic for assembly and tuning.


5. Warranty, Returns & Refunds

Q. What warranty do you provide?
All bicycles are covered against manufacturing defects. Complete warranty terms are available on our Warranty page.

Q. Can I return or exchange a bicycle?
Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy. Customised bicycles may have different terms.

Q. What if a part is missing or damaged?
Contact our support team immediately with your order details and photographs.


6. Service & Support

Q. What about service?
We provide after-sales support via WhatsApp, phone, and video assistance. We also help with maintenance, spare parts, replacements, and upgrades. If required, we can connect you with a local bicycle technician for servicing (subject to availability).

Q. How do I maintain my bicycle?
Regular cleaning, chain lubrication, tyre pressure checks, and periodic servicing will keep your bicycle performing well.

Q. How often should I service my bicycle?
We recommend servicing every 2–3 months or approximately every 500 km, whichever comes first.

Q. How can I contact support?
Our support team is available Monday to Saturday during business hours via WhatsApp, chat, phone, and email.

OMOBIKES is an online bicycle brand in India specialising in customised bicycles and bicycle components. Every bicycle is built to order using quality global components.

Q. Do you have a store in my city?
No. We are an online-only brand and currently do not have any offline stores. We deliver bicycles across India.
