Each bike is handcrafted with care, thoroughly tested, and shipped directly from our factory. However, we understand that under certain circumstances, you may need to request a return, refund, cancellation, or replacement.

1. General Terms

  • This policy is valid for orders placed only through the official OMO Bikes website.

  • OMO Bikes reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms stated in this policy.


2. Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for Return

  • Returns are accepted only if requested within 10 calendar days of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original condition with all packaging intact.

  • The original shipping box and protective materials must be retained and used during return.

  • Photo or video proof taken at the time of delivery is required to validate claims related to damage or issues.

2.2 Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized bicycles or components

  • Items purchased during sales or promotional offers

  • Products bought from offline stores or third-party platforms

2.3 Performance Concerns

  • Dissatisfaction with performance or personal expectations does not qualify as a defect.

  • Returns based on performance dissatisfaction will be accepted only as per standard return terms and charges.

2.4 Return Charges (Applicable to All Returns)

  • Flat ₹2,500 fee will be deducted from the refund for every return. This covers:

    • Two-way shipping charges

    • Packaging and handling costs

  • This charge is non-negotiable and applies in all return scenarios, including:

    • Damage during transit

    • Performance dissatisfaction

    • Fit or comfort issues

    • Replacement requests


3. Refund Policy

3.1 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 14 working days from the date we receive and inspect the returned item.

3.2 Deductions from Refund

  • The following charges will be deducted:

    • ₹2,500 for two-way shipping and packaging

    • Payment gateway and transaction fees

    • Repair, cleaning, or repackaging costs (if applicable)

    • Any other incidental charges as deemed necessary by OMO Bikes


4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Cancellation Before Dispatch

  • Orders cancelled before dispatch are eligible for a refund after 2% deduction to cover payment gateway charges and processing fees.

4.2 Cancellation After Dispatch

  • If the order is cancelled after the product has been shipped, the following applies:

    • OMO Bikes is not responsible for courier delays or logistics issues caused by third-party delivery partners.

    • If the customer chooses to cancel after dispatch—due to delays or personal reasons—a ₹2,500 charge for return shipping and packaging will be deducted.

    • Payment gateway fees will also be deducted.


5. Replacement Policy

5.1 Part Replacement

  • If any specific part is found defective or not functioning:

    • OMO Bikes will ship the replacement part directly to the customer.

    • The customer may get it fitted locally, and we will reimburse a standard fitting fee.

    • The reimbursement amount is decided solely by OMO Bikes and is subject to verification.

5.2 Full Bicycle Replacement

  • A full replacement of the bicycle will only be provided if:

    • The main frame is found damaged to the extent that it is unsafe or unrideable.

  • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or paint chips are not covered under return or replacement.


6. Damage During Delivery

  • If the bicycle arrives with visible damage:

    • The customer must record an unboxing video or photos at the time of delivery.

    • Claims without sufficient proof will not be accepted.

    • After verification, a replacement part or refund may be issued as per our discretion.


7. Servicing and Support

  • OMO Bikes offers onsite servicing in 50+ cities across India.

  • Our bicycles are made with standard components that can be serviced at most local bicycle shops.

  • For bikes purchased from offline retailers, after-sales service must be obtained from the seller. However, OMO Bikes may provide spare parts at discounted rates on request.

9. Legal & Jurisdiction

By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions mentioned above.

Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to purchases made from our official website shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Karnal, Haryana.
