We believe in making best quality E-bikes, Spare parts and Bicycles for you which can only be achieved, when each cycle is designed and manufactured with care, keeping in Mind the Road, Traffic, and requirement of Indian Customers.
We are confident that you’ll love our bikes. Since our products are delivered directly from the Factory itself after doing all the quality and performance check. We assume you won't find any problem with the product delivered to you. But we’ll offer you a full refund and pick it up from you if any damage is caused during the transport or shipment is getting delayed by our delivery partner for order placed on our official website only.
We Advice you to record a video or Take photos immediately when your package is delivered to you, that will assure us the damaged being caused during Delivery. Without sufficient proof of damage product being delivered, we won't be able to accept it.
OMOBikes will also refund you money if you don't like our product within a period of 10 days for purchase from official omobikes website only. We advise you to keep the original delivery box any item delivered to you. E-Bike, accessories, spare parts and bicycles must be packaged and returned safely in the same packaging used to deliver the bike to you. This includes the packaging of the frame, wheels, and components. retain packaging in the event of a return. Damage caused from improper use or incorrect assembly – such as pedal threads being damaged will be charged.
When a product is returned and a refund is requested. The money will be refunded within 14 working days. The following fees will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges and Return product delivery from OMOBikes (We will pick it up from your address)
- The cost to fix any repairs/scratches
- Cleaning costs
- Packaging Costs
- Payment Gateway Charges
- Other Miscellaneous if applicable (usually the overall cost to return a bicycle is around ~INR 3000 per bicycle but can by more in case of remote location or condition in which bicycle is received in factory).
In case of Order cancellation
- If the order is cancelled before the dispatch by customer for any reason, payment gateway fees & cancellation charges of 2% will be deducted from the refund.
- If the order is cancelled after dispatch by customer for any reason, payment gateway fees deduction for the transaction and two side (forward and return) shipping charges will be deducted from the refund.
Services & Others
OMO Bikes does not offer any onsite services for the bicycles & their accessories. All bicycles are made of using high quality standard components that are easily available at any bicycle shop in case of servicing, maintenance & replacements. If you have bought omobikes from offline store, you need to contact offline stores only for service and after sales. Omobikes however could provide you after sales support for spare parts at discounted priced if required
