It's a fantastic bike, light weight with great gears and a very comfortable handle bar. The color combination is great giving the bike a further boost into the ultra premium looking cycle. The cycle was packed really well with a handy bag with tools for assembly. I had a slight issue with the wheel during assembly but Omo was quick to.send a technician home and fix it immediately. One of my fav purchases this year.

The entire experience from ordering the bike and discussion with OMO support was quite good. Customization option in website helped me choose components as per my needs and there also OMO support provided genuine suggestions, and they were not looking to sell their bikes. Delivery and packaging was very good, had a great time unboxing and fitting my bike. But I would suggest to go with professional help once after delivery since my brakes and grear needs tunning. I am not professional but looking at videos did help to some extent but ofcourse I couldn't do like professionals. Over all bike is performing pretty well and OMO support is also very responsive to answer my queries. Hope to upgrade soon, as soon as OMO is able to provide home servicing 😇🙏
