This is a very honest review. Whoever is thinking whether it is safe to place order. You can simply go ahead. You will get world class response and service. Let me tell you my story.I bought mach city ibike an year and half back from track & trail shop near me. Somehow back wheel got broken. First I contacted the dhop but didn't get proper response. Then I send a mail to track & trail customer support. They said they would be sending it to the shop I bought the bicycle. But after a month of waiting it never reached. I looked for the rim at other local stores but failed to get one. After a month I started googling and found omobikes.com.
