Bicycle Single Speed Freewheel 18T

I’m writing this review based on the purchase of a nervar single speed freewheel. First off, the product was fine. It arrived without any oem packaging, and covered in what seems to be non factory applied oil. Considering that it is a small shop distributing the parts, I’m not holding it against them (and the aftermarket oiling is something I would do myself). But I highly encourage the seller to let me know of these details so that I can rest assured it is not a quality control issue. That said, the shipping is a giant mess. For one, I would encourage omobikes to switch off of using delhivery for fulfilment. On top of not giving any estimated date of delivery for around five days from placing the order (very much not confidence inspiring), and taking two whole weeks to ship a part, the delhivery site won’t even let you see the shipment status without logging in with your phone number. This is simply unacceptable and reason enough for me to order elsewhere. And top of that, the agent called one day, informing that they are about to arrive, and ghosted, reposting the delivery to another date stating “address issue”.
Though most of the issues are with the partners you work with, it ultimately reflects badly on you alone. So, in summary, I would be happy doing business with omobikes so long as they get better delivery partners and more promptly visible cancellation and refund policies and links. If not, sadly, there are other places I can take my business.
