Their whatsapp team promised that they would deliver gravel bike but I received the bike with Road bike handlebar although the tyre is 35. Handlebar tape is very thin and useless. No ring bell provided.atleast they could have provide bottle cage. Brakes are not that much tight.

Performance Bike, but not a road bike

Munnar is a great bike if we use it as a gravel or regular performance bike for people shifting from MTB or Hybrids to Road bike. Omo is really helpful since they helped to get the tyres of my choice and the complete process was smooth and convenient but the bike is not exactly a road bike and thus if you are expecting a road bike, then you should look for other options.

Tyre and tube quality is bad

The bike is all good except the tyre. I have ralson tyre (stock) and they are highly prone to punctures. Took it on two 200km BRM rides ; had two punctures in one event and one on other. Also the tyres can't take a pressure above 70-75 psi, while the tire specs mention 80-105; this is clearly a big blunder. Before one event I had a tyre puncture because of this reason only excessive tyre pressure. I feel enough testing was not done before they started selling the bikes. Also claris groupset is not recommended for beginners and as it's hell lot of effort to adjust the front derailleur ; no separate adjuster to adjust the cable tension. I feel company outlets at tier-1,2 cities , atleast in collaboration with existing stores is a must to ensure a hassle-free user experience. I like the bike but unfortunately always worried abt the tires and punctures .

Impressive Budget-Friendly Roadbike

I've been riding my Munnar model with a Shimano Sora drivetrain for six months now, and I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised. Sora groupset I had upgraded on customisation request when omo only had the claris variant. They arranged it for me so far it exceeded my expectations.

Pros:
- Sora shifter and derailleur make shifting smooth and reliable. Whether I’m going up a steep climb or flying downhill, the drivetrain has met my requirements. Shifting under load can be a little less precise compared to higher group units, but it is completely acceptable for recreational riders like me .
- The Triple color shade is eye catching , the bicycle is also light weight , Mine weight around 10 kg
- Best after sales support i have even seen, from day of purchase, To my query of spare part they have guided me very well so far
- Hollow Tech BB set is real game changed. I am not sure how the brand is able to provide such spec in such price range

Cons
- I didnt like the stock tyre ralson. Not suitable for rough terrain so i had changed to kenda. Again the after sales team help me arrange the parts
- The process is little time consumig. During delivery i had to wait 1.5 months as they did not have parts that time
