    Disappointing Experience

    utterly dissatisfied with the cycle.. gears are very clumsy, sometimes also shift automatically (labeled as shimano alivio, totally not expected) - hard to believe, but yes, that's what I experience, when the road goes up or down.. also, the riding experience is very tiring.. doesn't at all feel fresh after riding 15+ kms.. the weight is just too much,13.6 kgs, when it's claimed to be alloy - c'mon !!
    whatever is the rest, does it really matter on top of all this? regretful decision to go with a non-popular brand
