This is quite a sturdy cycle. It has some weight to it so do ensure that you buy it for someone who is in their late teens or an adult. Another thing to keep in mind is that I'm 5'8 & I still somewhat feel like the rod under the seat feels a bit high. So if you don't have the height, don't go for it as ot could be uncomfortable or even risky.
