OMO to me was an experiment as I never buy a product without touch and feel but a few personal touches and the detailed website for creating your own bike caught my eyes. I decided to go for make in India and ditch the trusted Decathlon store near me.
I am happy I took that decision. The bicycle was as promised, delivery was smooth but due to transit damage there were some damaged. I informed OMO of the issue and they immediately despatched those parts.
Such after sale service and delivery as per promise will take OMO to new heights!

Alloy Hybrid B(700C)

The bicycle is very good, i have bought for me but my kid likes more then me. The best part of the OMO is sales and customer support is very good. During customization some more information is needed need some live help is required because new cyclist does not have enough information for parts : like suspension, crank, etc..

I had purchased grey colour alloy hybrid with combination of alivio 3*9 gear flat handed bar. It is a good combination bike very nice and smooth. I am very satisfied with Omo hybrid bicycle
