Let me tell you my story.I bought mach city ibike an year and half back from track & trail shop near me. Somehow back wheel got broken. First I contacted the dhop but didn't get proper response. Then I send a mail to track & trail customer support. They said they would be sending it to the shop I bought the bicycle. But after a month of waiting it never reached.
