Mountain bikes can be used for both paved roads and off roads but due to thick tires and little heavy weight they are comparatively harder to Ride.

Basic features to identify a Mountain Bike:
- Thick Tires ranging from 2.10 to 3 Inch Wide.
- Suspension , Both front and rear could be possible. For regular usage only front suspension is enough. The bike with only front suspension is also called Hardtail Mountain Bike.

Hybrid cycles are lightweight, easy to use bicycle for city commute which can be used for long touring on paved roads (smooth or roads with little potholes and bumpy roads). Basic features to identify a Hybrid Bike:

- Thin Tires in 26 inch or 700c , where tire thickness may vary from 1.2 inch to 1.95 inch
- Comfortable riding position
-Choice between Rigid Fork (most common) and suspension (customised hybrid in case of not so smooth roads)

Hybrid Cycles are good for city usage and long rides as well . But hybrid cycles have thin tires which are not very comfortable for off roading . If your journey or trip include lot of off roading or bad road condition, MTB is suitable for you.

- For a daily travel of 10-20 km both MTB and Hybrid Bikes are fine. Hybrid bike  will be little easier to ride as compared to MTB, but in small distance on a geared bicycle it wont be much difference.

- For long routes on paved roads , Hybrid is better. Thin tires make it easy and fast to ride.

- For long rides mostly Offroading , MTB will be good as it provide good grip due to thick tires and can go on all kind of terrain.

All Bicycle Need regular service for smooth running of Bicycle. Recommended Service Time is 1000 km or 3-4 Months.

All Omobikes can be serviced at any local cycle store or it can be done through our trained professional Technician. We have Home service option in 80+ Major Cities across India (chargeable ) for home assembly and after sales service.

We give our customer full freedom to self assemble or get the assembly and service done at any nearby cycle store and it will not effect the warranty provided by Omobikes. 

All Bicycles are delivered 90% assembled. We assemble them fully and after test ride pack it for shipping . Customer Need to assemble 3 parts 

- Front wheel 
- Pedals 
- Handlebar 

Assembly Manual and assembly tools are provided with all Bicycles . 

Self assembly is the best way to get in love with your new machine as you get to learn more about the parts and components of your new Bicycles. But few things need to be kept in mind :

1) Do get the Bicycle fine tuned after self assembly. Bicycles do need gear tuneup and brake tuneup after self assembly which can be done at any local cycle store. Without tuneup and checkup, it is not recommended to take the bicycle for long rides.

2) Do not try to forcefully tighten any nut, bolt or pedal as it may cause the damage of threads.
